With a return to in-person events, JLL Retail intended to make a splash at the ICSC Conference in Las Vegas. We set out to create a brand awareness campaign supporting the major booth presence at the conference with out-of-home advertising and a supporting social media campaign. Ads were featured in Las Vegas International Airport’s concourses and baggage claim, on taxi cabs, a mobile billboard truck, the marquee at The Wynn Hotel and on the world’s largest LED billboard on the side of ResortWorld. The ResortWorld ad featured animation that connected three screens in unison across the Zouk nightclub and both sides of the ResortWorld tower. The campaign definitely made an impact with 20.7M impressions from the OOH ads and 104,447 impressions, 10k+ video views and a 13% engagement rate on LinkedIn social posts. For reference, LinkedIn’s benchmark for great engagement is 2%.
