Internal communications / campaign
When JLL employees were beginning to return to offices in the summer of 2020, there was a great deal of information to be shared to ensure safety and well-being. At the same time, JLL needed to create enthusiasm about coming back into offices in a time when many people were trepidatious. The Step Forward campaign was designed to encourage people to take a step back into those familiar spaces, reconnect with colleagues and start to return to some normalcy. The campaign included a robust internal communication strategy including an intranet site, signage templates, videos, posters, creative guidelines and welcome back kits all packaged into a campaign toolkit so that it could be leveraged in individual markets and offices consistently across the globe.
