Brand / Identity / Campaign

With a burgeoning in-house creative team and a need to differentiate internally and externally, we set out to create an identity for JLL’s in-house creative team. The project was rooted in strategy with a deep research effort around user experience, needs, perceptions and competitive landscape. From there, we created a unique identity, a communications and change management plan, as well as a wealth of promotional collateral to drum up enthusiasm, recognition, and external awareness. These included video “ads” to run through internal communications channels, a guerilla social media campaign orchestrated by team members to aid in recruitment marketing and recognition, a fresh intranet site with best-in-class work samples and resources, a lookbook featuring a team overview and work samples, and much more. This project was awarded the 2022 In-House Design Award from Graphic Design USA for Promotion of an in-house agency.
